1.How do I make a return?
We don't want you keep the product if you don't love it. Don’t love it? You can return it so long as:
You have not used the predicted before, undamaged, and in the same condition. Your return request is submitted within 15 days of your order
Also, please note that the return shipping fee to our warehouse will need to be paid by the customer.

2.When will I receive my order?
Due to the COVID-19, there are order shipping delays of 2-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships.
3.How to tracking my order
You can track your order in certain page by typing your tracking number, please check your email that you left on your order, not only checking your frequently used email account, also checking the spam box.

4.Why I never receive the confirmailtion email or shipping notice?
Some customer never receive a confirmation email or shipping notice because their email box is full or automatically refuse our email sent by Shopify. In this case please try another email or whatsapp to contact us, we will reply every email and message if we receive them.
5.Can I edit or cancel my order?
We're unable to edit orders once they are placed. We only accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
